StageOne Family Theatre’s mission is to provide theatre for everyone. We strive to educate, entertain and connect with audiences of all ages through professional theatrical productions and enriching educational programming. Our Public Series includes performances at the Kentucky Center's Bomhard Theatre - including our annual holiday production, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever - as well as productions at Walden Theatre on our Payne Street campus.
All Bomhard productions include a sensory-friendly performance designed to create a welcoming experience for everyone. These shows feature adjusted lighting and sound, a relaxed environment, and the freedom for audience members to move, talk, or take breaks as needed.
StageOne Family Theatre also offers educational programming designed to foster creativity and build skills in young people. From the exciting StageOne Academy summer camps and enriching after-school programs to the world-class Walden Conservatory, StageOne provides a variety of opportunities for children. With a hands-on, encouraging approach to theatre arts, StageOne serves as a dynamic space for students to learn and grow.
